Graduated from Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University in 2001 with a degree in Economics and Enterprise Management.

Graduated ITMO University with a Master's degree in Information Technologies in Public Administration

Completed her CDTO studies at the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, 2019.

Worked at Executive Office of the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod region; at the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod region in information analytics, IT; held positions as Chief Specialist, Head of Department at the Ministry of Information Technology and Communications of the Nizhny Novgorod region. She oversaw the digital transformation strategy development for the region as well as achievement of digital maturity indicators for the Nizhny Novgorod region's economic sectors.

Since 2022, she has been working at Privolzhsky Research Medical University as Project Manager for Digital Transformation and Head of Digital Transformation Department. She manages work aimed at achieving the key goals in digital transformation within the framework of university's development program, as well as the work to implement key projects.
