Accommodation Check-in Guidelines for First-Year Students and Residents (2025–2026 Academic Year)
Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education “Privolzhsky Research Medical University” (PIMU)
Admission to PIMU dormitories for first-year students enrolled in 2025 will be carried out in accordance with the “Procedure for Allocation of Dormitory Places to Students”, approved by Order No. 257/osn dated 26 June 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure). The Order is published on the PIMU website under “Governing Documents”.
Priority categories for dormitory placement are specified in clauses 2 and 3 of the Procedure.
Allocation of accommodation is based on:
A personal application submitted by the student/resident, and
Supporting documents confirming eligibility for priority placement (see Appendices No. 1 and 2 of the Procedure).
Submission of Documents
Applications and supporting documents must be submitted by email to: zaselenie@pimunn.net, using the official form, by the following deadlines:
Students: no later than 18:00 on 18 August 2025
Residents (postgraduate trainees): no later than 18:00 on 28 August 2025
Publication of Placement Lists & Schedule
Final lists of students and residents approved for dormitory accommodation, along with the check-in schedule, will be published on the official PIMU website:
Students: 23 August 2025
Residents: 29 August 2025
Check-in Dates & Locations
Approved students will be accommodated at the PIMU Conference Hall

Required Documents on Check-in Day:
Passport (original + copy)
Two passport-sized photos (3 × 4 cm)
If unable to attend due to valid reasons (e.g., illness, travel delay), please notify zaselenie@pimunn.net in advance, attaching supporting documentation (e.g., medical certificate).
