Accommodation Check-in Guidelines for First-Year Students and Residents (2025–2026 Academic Year)
Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education “Privolzhsky Research Medical University” (PIMU)

Admission to PIMU dormitories for first-year students enrolled in 2025 will be carried out in accordance with the “Procedure for Allocation of Dormitory Places to Students”, approved by Order No. 257/osn dated 26 June 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure). The Order is published on the PIMU website under “Governing Documents”.

Priority categories for dormitory placement are specified in clauses 2 and 3 of the Procedure.

Allocation of accommodation is based on:

A personal application submitted by the student/resident, and
Supporting documents confirming eligibility for priority placement (see Appendices No. 1 and 2 of the Procedure).
Submission of Documents
Applications and supporting documents must be submitted by email to: zaselenie@pimunn.net, using the official form, by the following deadlines:

Students: no later than 18:00 on 18 August 2025
Residents (postgraduate trainees): no later than 18:00 on 28 August 2025
Publication of Placement Lists & Schedule
Final lists of students and residents approved for dormitory accommodation, along with the check-in schedule, will be published on the official PIMU website:

Students: 23 August 2025
Residents: 29 August 2025

If unable to attend due to valid reasons (e.g., illness, travel delay), please notify zaselenie@pimunn.net in advance, attaching supporting documentation (e.g., medical certificate).

A nine-story brick building, recently renovated. Dormitory No. 1 accommodates Russian residents and postgraduate students, as well as international students. Each floor features two fully equipped kitchens. Showers and toilets are located within each residential block. A laundry room is available on the ground floor, and Wi-Fi access is provided throughout the building.

A five-story corridor-style dormitory designated for Russian students. Recently renovated, it offers double and triple occupancy rooms. Each floor includes two kitchens fitted with gas stoves, as well as separate men’s and women’s restrooms and washrooms equipped with laundry and drying facilities. Wi-Fi is available throughout the building.

The basement level houses shower facilities. On the ground floor, residents have access to a snack bar, entrance to the student canteen, and a fully equipped gym. Additionally, a dedicated study room is available for independent academic work.

In front of Dormitory No. 4, there is an open multi-purpose sports area fitted with pull-up bars, a volleyball net, and basketball hoops.

A ten-story dormitory designated for international students. Accommodation consists of double and triple rooms, grouped in pairs to form shared units—each unit includes its own private shower and toilet. Every floor features fully equipped kitchens with electric stoves.

The ground floor houses a laundry room and a snack bar. In addition, each floor provides separate men’s and women’s restrooms and washrooms with laundry and drying facilities. Dedicated study rooms are available to support independent learning. Shower facilities are also located in the basement level.
Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the building.

A fully renovated three-story building with two elevators, designated for international students. Accommodation is organized in modular units, each comprising one, two, or three rooms, with a private shower and toilet within every unit.

Each floor features kitchens equipped with electric stoves. On the ground floor, there is a laundry room and dedicated drying areas. Study nooks for independent academic work are thoughtfully arranged in the hallways.
